Example product to remove mould already visible on silicone, grout and tiles. It cleans the surface; it does not dry the air or close a thermal bridge. Covering paint alone, if moisture stays high, is a delay.

When: After you understand the cause, while RH is being lowered or vapour extracted. Small surfaces, household use.

Not when: Large areas, strong odour, vulnerable occupants — consider a professional. Not medical guidance and not a structural treatment.
