Controller: Gianluca Pace, a natural person — Email (PEC): GianlucaPace@pec.xerut.it. Qordac publishes IgroCasa and Casa. The controller is not a company and does not hold a VAT number.

Data processed today

The site does not require an account. We do not collect newsletter emails and we do not use Qordac analytics. Calculators run in the browser: language and calculator state stay on your device (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

The site is hosted by Vercel: the provider handles the connection IP address in order to serve the pages, as any host does. Affiliate links to Amazon.it use the tag qordac21-21. If you open a link to Amazon.it, Amazon receives that visit under its own notice. Qordac does not receive the detail of what you buy.

Every page loads the script https://grok.com/grok-app-builder/extensions.js, which shows the badge of the platform the site is published with. It is not a Qordac analytics system.

Advertising: Google AdSense

The site shows ads through Google AdSense (Google). Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on previous visits to this site and to other sites.

Personalised ads appear only with consent given in the consent message (Google’s certified CMP, IAB TCF), shown to users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Without consent to personalisation, non-personalised ads may appear (contextual ads, which still need cookie consent) or “limited ads”, which do not use personal data for personalisation. The IP address is still used to deliver the ad, and tools may be used to detect fraud and invalid traffic.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. Measurement starts only after consent, given in Google’s consent message. Without consent, statistics cookies stay off. The data is handled by Google.

Rights
